chamber of commerce 商会; the commercial council's office 商务参赞处; advertisement; recommendation

How to write :

(1) explain how you get to know the name of the target company and its line of business

(2) express your intention to establish business relations (what kind?) with the target company

(3) take specific action to ensure the establishment of business relations (e.g. enclosing a brochure, price list, catalogue)
