A: What are they, please?

B: They are some native produce and animal-by products.

A: Would you please fill in this from and make your signature?

B: Sure.

A: Excuse me, sir. Your articles have surpassed the standard by 30%. So you have to pay 17% duty for the extra amount.

B: OK. Can I make the payment by my credit card?

A: Sure.

B: Here you are, please.

A: Thank you. And this is your duty invoice.

B: Thank you.

A: Not at all.

A: Excuse me, sir. Our X-ray has found that some containers in your luggage that need you explanation. Would you please open them for me?

B: No problem, sir. They are Scotland Whisky for my friends as gifts.

A: How many bottles are there in the luggage?

B: Under the regulations here in Britain, you are not allowed to take more than two bottles of wine on board an aeroplane.

A: But what shall I do right now? They are dear, you know.

B: Take it easy, sir. We don't confiscate them. We can keep them here until you're back for them. Or you leave the invoice here. We'll help you return the articles to the stop         and let them refund the money to in your bank card.

A: I prefer the refund.

B: OK, Sir. But you have to pay the 15 pounds postal charges and 20 pounds handling fee.
